Refund Policy

Due to the made-to-order nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered once an order has been prepared or delivered. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Beckah's Bakehouse within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll do our best to make it right. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
